About DANIEL

Associate Marriage & Family Therapist #126893

The River of Emotion

Emotions are like a river. Sometimes in life, the current can become unpredictable and overwhelming. Navigating this river can be exhausting, and when we try to block the flow, pressure builds and builds until it feels like there is too much to face alone. You do not have to navigate your river alone. Daniel creates a safe and welcoming environment for his clients to relieve stress, tension and learn new tools to aid in emotional navigation. His approach is psychodynamic and client-centered, utilizing CBT and Narrative Focused Therapy to help examine the depth of client experiences and find new insight and resolution to the difficulties in their lives.

Therapeutic Style

Daniel has a personal and professional background in multicultural issues that makes him easy to work with, approachable, and empathetic. He specializes in teen issues, grief, depression, and anxiety with an emphasis on Narrative and Person-Centered Therapy. He is passionate about helping those in need and embraces facing difficult topics and issues head-on. There is zero judgment in his office, and he comes to each session with an open mind and heart.

About Daniel
